Does it really hurt anyone? 15 minutes of gameplay doesn't really feel like piracy to me personally, but technically you're breaking rules. It's not uncommon to see people using emulation though, I know of streamers that do an A-Z challenge which is essentially taking a complete Rom Set and randomizing which game you play for each letter for 15 mins or so and see how far you can get in them. If you are going to emulate something just make sure you can prove ownership in some fashion, or do it super discreetly, don't go advertising that you are using an emulator. Some games are beyond expensive for resale, the creators make nothing, and the price is only high because of collectors. I do my best to end up with a copy of the game somehow, if I can't then fuck it. Twitch is not happy with Pirating, but Pirating an old ass game is in a 'Gray Area' in general (not just on twitch) since it's not really fucking over sales or anything (unless it's on VC or something). Emulation is Legal, Personal Backups are Legal, Pirating is Illegal.
